Land Acquistion
Finding the perfect building parcel for your home is the first step. Let us know what your wish list entails and we will send it out to our trusted network to help search for your ideal parcel. We also start on understanding timelines and budgets and your vision for your new home.

Construction
Once permits have been released, we get started on the construction of your home! We will provide timelines for the duration of construction prior to getting a shovel in the ground. The team will maintain a strict timeline to achieve necessary milestones along the way. As all of our homes are custom, it is not uncommon for change orders but hey, it is your custom home and you deserve the best! We will do several walkthroughs throughout the course of construction and prior to hand over.

Design and Permitting
Once the building parcel has been selected, we start with surveys, and engaging our design team to start the plans for your one of a kind home. Each home we build always gets a fresh plan that is tailored just for you and your family. Once plans and budgets have been finalized and selections have been approved, we move onto permitting.

Possession
The best part of building a new home is hand over day! Our quality control inspections along with walkthroughs with you are done weeks ahead of the handover to ensure any touchups are fully done prior to move in. Once you take possession, a member of our team will come see you again in 6, 12, 18 and 24 months to ensure everything is up to par.
