Our Story
Our Founder, Gurinder Dhah started Bellaview Homes with a commitment to build some of the most beautiful homes in and around Calgary. Over the past 14 years we have continued to perfect our craft while growing organically.
We continue to pride ourselves with a "boots on the ground" approach while providing our clients with a transparent and engaging experience. Our hand picked team consists of some of the best trades, suppliers, designers and consultants in the city.
As a family owned and operated company, we take the time to understand our client's unique needs and make it our mission to ensure our homeowners and their families can enjoy their homes for generations. We take the time to provide our input into the design of the home, to the final fixtures and everything in between. We value financial transparency and maintaining our homeowners desired budgets while building their dream home.
Get to know our Founder
My name is Gurinder Dhah
More than a passion, becoming a home builder has been my dream since I was a child. Whether it was building my lego sets, watching "Tool Time with Tim Allen" or eventually buying my own tools and working on home renovation projects- I have always been intrigued by the limitless potential of creating and building.

This lifelong passion ultimately brought me to a crossroads when I was 22 years old and I decided to forego a promising and safe career in optometry school to starting Bellaview Homes. 14 years into this journey, I can confidently say, the collaborative team that we have put together strongly aligns with our goal of curating exceptional homes built to the highest standards in a relaxing and enjoyable environment.
